11809-17504 Norfolk Island Abutilon (Abutilon julianae) in flower. This small shrub is endemic to Norfolk Island and nearby Philip Island, and was thought extinct. On Philip Island it disappeared around 1805. However, after more than a hundred years, the control of feral rabbits in the mid 1980's resulted in the discovery of some surviving seedlings on the cliffs of the island.
