All images, graphics, video and the Huia logo are copyright '©' of Rod Morris 2010. Use of any image, graphic, video or logo without permission is strictly prohibited. Using an image without consent will incur a severe penalty (the offending party will be charged at least eight times (8x) the amount of the original license fee).
The buyer must declare specifically how she or he intends to use the photograph. Using the photograph in any other way will incur a monetary penalty (at least eight times (8x) the amount of the original license fee).
When a license fee has been purchased for a photograph the license entitles the buyer to use the photograph for ONE TIME USE ONLY. For example, an image purchased for a homepage on a website may only be displayed on the homepage and nowhere else on the site or any other medium. The use of the photo must be agreed upon by both the buyer and the Production Manager or an authorised employee of Rod Morris Productions. If an image is displayed for any other purpose other than it's agreed use a penalty of at least eight times (8x) the original license fee will be charged to the buyer.
When an image is purchased as an electronic file the buyer must delete this file and any copies of this file once the image has been used for its agreed purpose.
Payment for the license fee must be made before the image can be received by the buyer.
